Yoga = to yoke body, mind and spirit. Selah = to pause and meditate. Together they mean using the discipline of yoga to yoke body, soul, mind and spirit (aka Mark 12:30) to worship the Creator. The key to a whole life, to living wholly for Christ, is to love the Lord first with your whole heart, soul, mind and strength. Those are the principal ingredients for loving yourself or anyone else.

Holy Yoga Classes - Monday and Wednesday, 9am
HolyYoga classes are held Mon/Wed 9am Holy at Tri-Lakes Chapel, Rm 215. We will be meeting Mon 11/24 but not Wed 11/26. Back to our Monday Slow Flow class on 12/1.
This introduction to TriLakes is a community service, but donations are accepted to help equip the class with props and music. Monday classes are a slow flow class that provides challenging enhancements to the basic poses that we learn in our mixed level classes on Wed. Kids are welcome to attend on Wed if they participate, but Monday classes are a bit more intense and not a good place for the kiddos.
